What Exactly Happens During A Check-In?
A Personalized Bookkeeping check in includes a full diagnostic service that provides a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounting software.
~ We thoroughly examine your QBO setup, data integrity, and process performance to identify any potential issues or workflow inefficiencies.
~ We assess your chart of accounts, transaction entries, bank reconciliations, and other crucial elements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Our diagnostic report includes steps to correct any inaccuracies we find, actionable recommendations to optimize your QBO usage and enhance overall productivity.
This service enables businesses to address and resolve problems promptly, improving financial reporting, optimizing workflows, and enhancing overall accounting operations.
Normally we charge $857 for one diagnostic review, but as a Member, a Personalized Books review is included in your membership!
These Quarterly Reviews, assure you are ready for tax time and gives you the peace of mind that your books are in tip top shape.
When we will do them
We complete diagnostic reviews the 2nd, 3rd and 4th week of the first month following the end of each quarter.
~ Q1 - April
~ Q2 - July
~ Q3 - October
~ Q4 - January
You are responsible for making sure all transactions are categorized and all accounts reconciled, prior to requesting your diagnostic review and you are expected to keep your bookkeeping current.
If you get behind in your bookkeeping and are several quarters in the rears, the diagnostic will incur an additional fee to complete.
I confirm that I have categorized all transactions, completed all account reconciliations and finished all bookkeeping task for the quarter. I am ready for you to review my files.
