Share Access
To provide accurate reviews and keep your books in order, we’ll need access to the tools you use to manage your finances.
Here’s what we’ll need:
QuickBooks Online (QBO): Add us as an Accountant user so we can conduct quarterly reviews.
Go to: Settings (⚙) → Manage users → Accounting firms → Invite accountant
Use this email: bonnie@profitsr4u.ca
Bank Login (Read-Only Access): This allows us to verify transactions and reconcile your accounts without the ability to move funds. You may use the form below to provide login information.
Alternative Option: If you prefer not to share bank access, you can upload your documents directly into QBO.
Go to: Accounting tab → My Accountant → Shared Documents → Add Documents
Your information is always kept secure and used only for bookkeeping and review purposes.
Depending on what we find during your onboarding diagnostic and once we get a complete picture of your unique business details, we may also request additional supporting documents such as payroll tax returns, sales tax filings, loan documents, or income tax returns. These allow us to verify the accuracy of your numbers and ensure your books reflect the true picture.

If you’d rather not upload bank access on our secure upload form, you’re welcome to provide read-only login details during your onboarding call.
